Jody Swanson
Chief Human Resources Officer
Jody Swanson was named Chief Human Resources Officer in November 2021. Swanson has over 30 years of HR & Leadership experience across diverse industries including technology, manufacturing, and healthcare. Prior to joining RTI, Swanson served as Senior Vice President, Human Resources at Exactech. She has held leadership positions at Lexmark, Tech Data, and the Moffitt Cancer Center.
Swanson earned a Bachelor of Science in Health and Human Performance from the University of Florida and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
