Adam Poniatowski
Director, Business Transformation Office
Adam Poniatowski was named Director, Business Transformation Office (BTO) in July 2020. In his role as lead of the BTO, he reinforces the importance of change management, instilling a culture focused on increased accountability and speed of execution, and creating a simple, clear and consistent approach to defining value and tracking progress throughout the organization.
Poniatowski joined RTI Surgical in 2005 and has served in various leadership roles in Engineering and Operations, including four years as Plant Director of Alachua Operations, where he was responsible for oversight of all on-site processing and supply chain activities, and drove initiatives that resulted in improved maximization of the gift of tissue donation. Most recently, Poniatowski led multiple programs supporting accelerated growth and operational excellence, including the execution of a successful stand-up of RTI as a standalone OEM business.
Poniatowski earned his Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering and Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Florida.
